Acer Liquid Glow Comes In 3 Colors & Runs On ICS; Launch @ MWC 2012

When we are just 2 days away from the MWC 2012, Acer, the taiwanese tech-giant, has announced the launch of a new smartphone called the 'Liquid Glow'. Quite an unusual name, you would agree. Well, it runs on Android 4.0 (ICS) and in its #-Link-Snipped-# Acer mainly talks about the look and style of this phone. About the looks Liquid Glow has 3 trendy colors, namely Sakura Pink, Alpine White, and Cat's-eye Black. It is curved at the corners, has chrome details and a soft-touch casing.

There is a 3.7-inch wide touchscreen and Acer particularly mentions about how the onscreen display style varies with the external color. You can see from the image above that there are four touch-sensitive buttons one each for home, search, back and app-multitasking. Though the tech specs are not revealed yet, whatever little we know about this phone does not raise any eyebrows.

The smartphone's rear camera is 5 megapixel and features a panoramic image capture and touch focus. You can share photos, contacts, favorite apps, music or videos with other NFC powered Android devices without the need of pairing using Android Beam.

Acer says it is coming in UK this summer. More details will come as MWC begins. We will wait and see, but will it be really worth the wait?
