In addition, there's a surge in employees with 8-20 years of experience who're looking for newer jobs. The senior staff includes business unit heads, team leaders, general managers. Many have already quit their jobs and others are looking for new jobs.
It's being said that the new CEO has been reviewing the performances of company's internal leaders which includes all these senior officials which is causing about a fifth of about 500 senior professionals quit their jobs. The internal review would lead to changes of roles & responsibilities and for few it would mean getting a pink slip. Few internal sources have mentioned that the the company is currently under tremendous performance pressure in terms of timely delivery & revenues.
Kurien has redefined the roles for the vertical heads to act as CEOs of their business units and responsible for the overall performance & revenues of their respective domains.
