What do as a fresher to get job?

I have completed my btech 2018 .I want to do job in design field .I have tried all the job website and other resources but I could find any job please help to solve my problem?

    #-Link-Snipped-#‍ - It's always difficult to find a job as a fresher. You might want to approach young companies (startups) and persuade them to give you a chance. 

    However, it might be worth figuring out what skills the industry needs so that you can prepare yourself. 

    Have you analysed the reasons you are not able to find a job?
