My vote goes towards the Liftware Parkinson's spoon developed by Lift Labs. Having Parkinson's disease provokes tremors within limbs, making a simple task, such as eating, psychological chaos. Eating with a normal spoon is a long task as the food falls off of the spoon as a result of the tremors. What I love about this product is that it focuses on a real problem.
