Users of Samsung Galaxy S3 have reported loads of problems, most of which have been resolved by Samsung while some of them are yet to be solved. Here is a complete round up of the problems and possible solutions.

The most visible problem is the cheap quality of the battery cover. Many users have reported cracks on the sides and bottom of the handset. Samsung has offered to replace the defective handsets. As per the reports Samsung has destroyed 600,000 pebble blue battery covers owing to defects. This was cited as the reason for the delay in launch of pebble blue versions of the phone.

This was nothing close to the expectations of the users. They expected the model to have a better cover than its predecessor, Samsung Galaxy S2.

Apparently, the camera also faced some problems during operation. In some cases, the rear view camera wasn’t working. One YouTube user found a temporary solution to the problem. He switched from back to front camera and then back. The good thing is that this problem seems to have vanished in the replacement units.

Some users also reported problems when they were playing flash video. Apparently, the set had a video decoder issue and the audio kept playing uninterrupted while the video froze after sometime.

Some users have reported that word system appears buggy and non-responsive at times. The slow response time is frustrating and the user might have to try many times to move the cursor or enter some text. Samsung is likely to remove these glitches when it issues software update for Galaxy S3. Again, some of the users have reported that the handset replacement has solved the problem.
