Creating a pancake with your favorite design on it just got easier. Meet PancakeBot- a system designed by Miguel Velenzuela that lets you enjoy pancake with your creativity in it. The project as showcased on Kickstarter is the world’s first pancake printer. The system allows you to create your pancake with any design you can think of. Creating your pancake is really easy, fun and brings out the creativity from young and the old. The product comes with a user-friendly software that lets the user import the design for pancake. PancakeBot then prints the design for you.
PancakeBot is the fun way to kickstart breakfast especially when you have time to explore your imagination. It needs you to follow simple three steps for your pancake. With smart batter dispensing system, it allows user to fill the batter onto griddle. The system uses a combination of vacuum and air that controls where the batter is dispensed. It also allows to fine tune the batter as it glides over the griddle. Next, you can draw the design you want on pancake, import it to the included software and then PancakeBot would draw the figure.

The system can also be used by professionals to create a pancake with company logo, for lasting impression and enhancing their brand. The system allows the user to store the image/design on SD card once it is generated. User can incorporate colors to design by simply adding food coloring to the batter. Specialists or artists can also control the lines to be drawn first in order to have a perfect shade. In case user messes up with custom design, he/she can use the pre-loaded design on pancake. Other features of PancakeBot includes the software compatible with Windows and Mac, access to video tutorials and downloadable files for ready printing.
