    This is Arha ,I have completed my mtech first year in structural engineering ,now need to head towards the project ,so kindly suggest me a project which help me out further in doing PhD programme in other countries ??
    Is PhD possible after doing mtech in India ?
    Which countries best for it and do they provide funding ?
