Infosys' SpeedSolve Makes Customer Service Faster For Call Centers

Infosys has announced the launch of SpeedSolve - an innovative collaboration platform that aims to speed up the customer care service for call centers. The product has been jointly developed by Infosys & AT&T and leverages the latest technologies in messaging, multimedia, reporting and integrates smart devices to enable real-time collaboration between customer care executives and subject experts. The system minimizes the call transfers and enables rapid resolution of queries. Infosys claims that their new platform allows cost saving and offers an overall better customer experience.

Nathan Edwards, AVP at AT&T said that the SpeedSolve system has played a pivotal role in improving the overall efficiency of all the AT&T call centers. The system utilizes Infy's Real-Time Expertise Manager that intelligently routes the conversations and schedules them to reduce the call wait times.
