Yahoo Mojito, JavaScript Based MVC Developer Framework Now Open Source

Do you remember Yahoo? Yep - the company that used to be the default Internet gateway for most of us prior to Google & Facebook days. Well, we've an update from Yahoo! Yahoo's Mojito - a javascript based developer framework has now been open sourced. Those who are not familiar with Mojito; it's a 'sweet & tiny' javascript MVC developer framework built on YUI3. Applications written with Mojito are capable of running on any client (through the browser) and on the server with Node.js. In addition, Mojito has inbuilt support for internationalization, testing, and building documentation.

Yahoo built Mojito as a part of its 'Yahoo Cocktails' program; but has now decided to open source it so that devs around the world can play with it and improve upon. Mojito was created to solve the problems for the developers. With Mojito, developers can build hybrid apps and don't have to worry about building for the web, mobile web or create native apps. Mojito is now available on GitHub; check it #-Link-Snipped-#.
