XOLO Q900T Priced In India At Rs. 11,999, - Features Android 4.2 And Quad Core

XOLO, the Noida-based Indian smart phone brand, has come a long way since its arrival two years back. With a bagful of smartphones and tablets in its portfolio, the company has today unveiled a new smartphone called the "Xolo Q900T". Powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad Core MT6589 chipset Turbo processor, the Q900T sports a 357 MHz, PowerVR SGX544 graphics core. Featuring a 4.7-inch screen with a HD IPS 2.5D curved display at 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, the smartphone provides the users with a near-perfect 178-degree viewing experience and reduced refraction index. Inside the dimensions, 133.8 x 67.6 x 9.25 mm, the phone runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system.

On the smartphone's body, you will find a power key, the volume key, two SIM card slots, a micro USB slot, a micro SD card slot and a 3.5 mm audio jack. There's an 8 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and a 2 megapixel front camera. The rear camera supports flash, auto-focus and 1080p FHD recording. There are also the regular camera features such as Scene detection & tuning, High Dynamic Range (HDR), Low Light enhancement, Face recognition (For focussing as well as in Gallery), Vertical & Horizontal Panorama capture and Geo tagging.

On the storage front, the XOLO Q900T smartphone brings - 1 GB RAM and 4GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. User's connectivity needs are catered to using USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, WLAN support, USB On the go (OTG), Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n.

    Phone's specifications are mediocre and as expected for a price range of 12K.
    However, Phone's USP is stunning 178 degree near perfect view.

    Undoubtedly that's a great engineering advancement, still I am just wondering that do we really see the phone with a angle of 178 degree? 😁

    Instead I would love if phone maker will give us useful features like, a USB slot (to use same USB's for Desktop / phones)?
