WishTel IRA Thing 2 Android 4.0 ICS Tablet For Rs. 6,500 In Market
Consolidating its share in the rising Indian tablet PC market is WishTel which has launched the new IRA Thing 2, an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet for the budget focused segment at a price of Rs. 6,500. 512MB RAM accompanies the 1.5GHz processor in the IRA Thing 2, which features a 7 inch WVGA TFT capacitive LCD touchscreen along with a 3000 mAh battery providing a browsing time of around 4 hours. The tablet is WiFi enabled and sports a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera along with several info-media based applications, HDMI port and 4GB of internal storage space (expandable up to 32GB).

Sticking to its Indian roots, WishTel offers keyboard support for 14 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam, Marathi, Kannada etc. in the new tablet. Building on the IRA and IRA Thing models, Milind Shah, Chief Executive Officer of WishTel expressed how the company is determined to woo the youth with this budget tablet, inspite of the competition posed by Micromax, iBerry and Zync tablets, also vying for the same target group.
