What should you choose - business or job after civil engineering?

As I am a civil engineer, so I can answer this question well.

In my opinion, it will be better to work in corporate for some years, gain experience and get industry knowledge before starting your own business.

It's true that starting a business will give you a more flexible life, but it's important to know your basics.

There cannot be a generic answer to your question. We'd need more information before answering this.

The decision can be made by asking several questions -

  1. What kind of business I wish to start?
  2. Do I have the necessary capital to start the business?
  3. Am I confident of entering in the proposed business?
  4. Is there a demand of my product/service in the market?

If you have not figured out which business to start, it's better to start with a job and build up some capital for your own business and also gain some relevant experience.

Does this answer your question? If possible, give us some more information so that we can help you better.
