I want to develop a complete website but I don't know which language to learn for my back end. I know that php, c#,  and so on, can be used for back end. But which one is actually the best is what I don't know. Can someone help me out please.

Totally depends upon the kind of website you wish to build. If you wish to build a regular content website, you don't even need to write code. You may use an open source cms like WordPress or Drupal or Joomla - written in PHP and the database is handled by MySQL.

There are several server side programming languages gaining popularity. Node (JavaScript), Ruby, GoLang, Java, Python, PHP and several others can be used to render the server side logic.

The front end of the site is mostly HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Modern website/webapp development is done using rapid application development framework. CrazyEngineers is written using Laravel framework which is a very popular PHP framework. For front-end, we use HTML and Tailwind CSS and jQuery. Some parts of this site make use of VueJs.
