Project Abstract / Summary : ● In current situation of rigorous working hours that eat up all our week, we are left with just the week end as a solace from this hectic life.
do you wish to end this solace in front of a washing machine? or an ironing table?
● This issue is the focal point of our product which takes care of your Laundry (Washing/Ironing/Dry Cleaning) , and that too using one of the most economical model, An App/Web App based On-Demand Laundry Service using existing Laundry service network.
● It is a Mobile Application/Web Application based environment providing Laundry (washing/ironing/dry cleaning) As A Service (L.A.A.S).
● It’s a Two Part App with one at the user end (aka User App) and another at the logistics end (aka Agent App).
● The product uses existing Laundry infrastructure i.e. local washerman, ironing men, dry cleaners (service agent).
○ We do this via creating a network of local service providers and integrate them via our App.
○ The product will also focus on segregating the service providers on different skills like who is better at cotton based clothes and who in silk.
We also are adding a feature of freelance work opportunities where anyone can become a service agent and work from home by doing the laundry and getting paid for it .
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : We felt that the In current situation of rigorous working hours that eat up all our week, we are left with just the week end as a solace from this hectic life.
