Under three phase balanced system

Under three phase balanced system, current in the neutral conductor is supposed to be zero. So if neutral is not carrying the current then how the circuits are completing of household supplies?

    suppose there is a balanced condition in a power system, then current in the neutral conductor is zero. So i want to know that how our household circuit is completing since it consists of one phase and a neutral. and the current in neutral is zero. then how our circuits are completing??
