Thermodynamics and heat transfer

if we measure the boiling point of water(degree celcius) at different vacuum pressure(below atmospheric pressure) in an well constructed cylinder with vacuum gauge and thermometer connected to it, and external heat is added(from candle),,,,for sure we'll get the relationship of boiling point of water in different vacuum pressure....is there any other properties can be found in terms of thermodynamic and heat transfer????
