software testing course for EC graduate

im a EC graduate 2009 passout.i have done mba in technology management.dont have any experence in IT feild.i dont have any programming skills(think so).now im thinking to do software testing course and join any firm.but the course centres are telling they cant assure me getting a job as im having this much gap.is this true?
is there any other course that i can do and get a better job with my qualification in EC sector itself.
one of the centre gave me the syllabus of testing.is this good one.pls reply to all my doubts.thank you
