I totally Agree with you. AltaVista is the best and most popular Search Engine. Because of the popularity of Google most of the people don't know about this Search Engine . -
Kaustubh KatdareIsn't it true that AltaVista was taken over or merged with Yahoo search? Since then, even Yahoo dropped out of the search engine business and handed over all its responsibilities to Microsoft. The only worthy competitors in the market currently are Bing and Google. Bing's slowly gaining market share but Google still leads the race.
Unless Bing catches up with Google, users will suffer. -
