Samsung Galaxy Note II Specifications Leaked. It's Got Jelly Bean & 5.5" Screen!
It looks like Samsung Galaxy Note II specifications have been leaked and as you'd expect, Samsung has lethal awesomeness packed for the gadget freaks. While we are hours away from Samsung officially telling us what their engineers have created; the enthusiasts at a #-Link-Snipped-# have spotted Note II specifications. For your viewing pleasures, we've some Korean text from the specs sheet. Have a look -

Let us quickly translate all of that for you. First things first:  As expected, the latest in the Note series is loaded with Android Jelly Bean. Samsung is officially calling this phone GT-N7100 (the original Note was GT-N7000). There were rumours floating on the Internet that Sammy will expand the big boy Note's screen. It turns out that the Note II will boast a massive 5.5" SUPER AMOLED HD screen.  The screen will have 1280x720p resolution (16:9) to make your 1080p videos please your retina. The device will be powered by a nice Quad Core Exynos 4412 processor. While we expected the Note II to have a 12 MP camera; it looks like we'll have to settle with 8MP rear camera capable of capturing full HD videos, just like its younger brother.
The phone comes with ample storage capacity and you will be able to expand it to 16 or 32 GB with micro SD cards. What gets attention is the 3G and planned 4G LTE version.
It looks like Samsung has taken a different approach to the design of the phone and might drop the curves. This could be a move to prevent Note II from getting Apple's wrath. Apple's already damaged Samsung by a little over $1 billion US dollars. Check -

These are all still the rumors, but we're happy with what Samsung's offering. We do not have any knowledge about the user experience improvements Samsung plans to offer through their proprietary TouchWiz UI. We can't wait to see how does this giant 5.5" device fits in hands and in pockets. We'll have to wait until 29 August 2012; the day on which Samsung will announce the new Note II in Germany.
Next few weeks are going to be a lot interesting for the gadget lovers because Apple is expected to announce iPhone 5 in the next few weeks and hopefully will also announce iPad-Mini (iPad 7") in October.
