Samsung Galaxy Gear? Smartphone or Smartwatch?

Recent reports state that Samsung is all set to launch a Smartwatch next month named Galaxy Gear. This Smartwatch will be able to make phone calls, check your email as well as surf the web. In a secret statement, the spokesperson says, Samsung will launch this device on Sept. 4, 2 days before the IFA Consumer Electronics Show to be hostel in Berlin. It is evident that the next generation will be using wearable devices like glasses or watches. But it is already beginning to surface when the era of smartphones seems to be shifting to the era of wearable electronics. Whether that will be watches or glasses. It is not yet evident whether Galaxy Gear will be powered by which Android version. It seems from similar report that this gesture from Samsung is in response to compete a similar launch from Apple Inc. It looks like a bonus on same day along with Note 3.
