  Hmmm, that's weird. Why do people think like that? In Kerala, there's no shortage for Engineers. There we don't get this type of a response. :-O

  In my place too, engineers are dime a dozen. When I say I'm an engineer, most say, "oh! good for you!". Nothing much.. 😀
