The latest OSX Lion 10.7.4 update from One Infinite Loop fixes the nasty issue (or feature?) that kept the "<em>Reopen windows when logging back in" </em>in always 'on' mode. That means, you no longer have to uncheck the option that you get when you shut-down your beautiful Mac machine. In addition, Apple has also addressed the 'FileVault' issue that stored user passwords in plain text making them visible to naked eye in the system-wide debug log file. Naturally, Apple wants every Lion user to install the upgrade and make your Macs safer, more stable and compatible with ever expanding choice of hardware.

Other fixes include compatibility with British USB keyboards and improved reliability of copying files to SMB server. The update also fixes an issue that would prevent files from being saved to a server. The overall update is approximately 730 MB in size so grab a cup of Latte and fire up the Mac updater.
