National Geographic-Human Bondage. India too in the Hall of Shame

India also figures prominently in this National Geographic video on human bondage. Child labour is rampant even in cities like Bangalore. I see it all round.

We have to hang down our head in shame.

    Quoting a comment from that youtube video:
    what happens to children in the 3rd world it's extremely sad... but what makes you think the western society is very different? the slavery didn't disappear... the children are taught from their very first school years they need to work hard for a ridiculous wage, comparing to the profit the companies are making... this is another form of slavery... it happens in our own home countries and nobody is talking about it.
