Microsoft on{X} Automates Your Life With Easy To Code App

On{X} is a new and rather different project from Microsoft for Android platform (to be extended to other platforms as well) developed with a motive as they say "automate your life." Microsoft's R&D Center in Israel is behind this project. #-Link-Snipped-# is a mobile app and a website. The app lets users select a 'recipe' (a fancy name given to scripts by Microsoft) or create a recipe of their own & share them . So, if you are a developer or a technology enthusiast you can use On{X} to remotely program your smartphone.

For example, you can program your phone to automatically send a reply SMS with your current location as you’re driving, when your wife texts you a “where?” message or code an app to get auto-update of today’s weather as you wake up in the morning.

For getting started with on{X} you don’t need any experience of developing mobile apps. If you have some Basic JavaScript programming skills, you are good to go. Check out a video from the developers here -
