Micromax LapTab Is A Tablet-Laptop 2-in-1 For Rs. 14,999

Indian tech-giant Micromax has finally unveiled its new Windows 2-in-1 laptop-tablet called Canvas Laptab. Known for producing low-cost smartphones, Micromax has made entry into the PC segment of tech world with this new innovative product. Announced in March last year, this new Laptab from the Micromax was originally thought as a dual-boot Windows and Android tablet. However, the product was obscured post its announcement. This new hybrid device from the Indian manufacturer consists of a dockable keyboard and supports Windows.

Flaunting a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280x800p) IPS touch-display, the device comprises of a 1.83 GHz Intel Atom Z3735F quad-core processor and runs on Windows 8.1. Canvas Laptab offers 2GB DDR3L RAM coupled with 32 GB flash storage. It also features a microSD card slot for storage purposes. In addition, it also gives you 1 TB of cloud storage to keep your data protected.

Micromax Canvas Laptab sports a 2MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera. It also offers you Office 365 with a year's subscription. It gives you enough battery life with a 7700mAh powerful battery. Talking a glance at connectivity options, this tablet-cum-laptop supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 2G and 3G. It also consists of a sim card slot and a USB 2.0 port. The dockable keyboard has 82 keys and a trackpad.
