Lava Iris Fuel 10 And Fuel 25 Bring 3000 mAh Battery And 3G Connectivity

The Indian mobile manufacturer, Lava has added new smartphones to its Iris Fuel range by launching Iris Fuel 10 and Iris Fuel 25 smartphones. Like other members of the Iris line up, both these handsets boast a huge 3000 mAh battery. The new Lava Iris Fuel 10 and Lava Iris Fuel 25 will be available at Rs. 6,541 and Rs. 5,666 respectively. Moreover, the company is also offering Airtel data offer of 500MB of 3G data free per month for two months but is valid only for prepaid consumers till June 30, 2015. According to Lava, the smartphones will go on sale in the coming days.

The Iris Fuel 10 flaunts a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS display offering a pixel density of 217ppi and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the company promising Android 5.0 Lollipop update. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The device sports a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with a BSI+ sensor and LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. A big USP of the smartphone is the Dedicated Selfie Button on the back cover of the smartphone and Voice Controlled Image Capture. Now consumers can just say “Cheese” or “Capture” to take a selfie. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, and 3G. It packs a 3000 mAh battery which offers 14 hours of continuous 3G talk time, 6.5 hours video playback and 60 hours music playback time using earphones.

On the other hand, the Iris Fuel 25 features a 5-inch TFT display and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is equipped with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built-in storage which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The handset boasts a 5-megapixel rear camera with CameraChipTM Sensor and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. It also supports 3G connectivity alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB option and facilitates HD Video (720p) Playback.
