When I was working as a software engineer, we almost wrote a complete movie based on lives of software engineers and we called it "Three Point No One"; three being the 'average' grade everyone in our company would get by default, no matter how they performed. I guess the story repeats everywhere 😉 , just the gradation points are different.

  I mean first everyone will have to 'get selected' to work at CE. We'll have an innovative recruitment process which will give equal and fair chance to all the engineers applying. We won't really care for applicant's graduation marks.

  I said the movie will be shot when we'll have our own campus. Because the whole movie is planned among the cubicles & conference rooms. It's got all the appraisals thing, project deadlines and so on.
