iYogi Launches DigitalServiceCloud.com - An Open IoT Platform Built On MS Azure

Based out of Gurgaon, India 'iYogi' a remote technical support company has recently ventured into the world of IoT by launching its own enterprise grade platform based on Microsoft Azure. Called 'Digital Service Cloud', the IoT platform can be used to create, monitor and manage different products and users can easily integrate them with the global IoT ecosystem. The platform also provides for advanced analytics so that users can track their products in one place. The SaaS based online device management platform uses Azure Event Hub, Service Bus, Machine Learning and DocumentDB to create a robust architecture with an Universal UI (UUI) along with high data security standards.

Mr. Anil Reddy, Head – Strategy, Microsoft India is confident that Digital Service Cloud platform can help IoT companies rapidly reach millions of customers across the globe. Mr. Uday Challu, CEO of iYogi shared that the platform has been developed over the period of last 4 years and has needed $35 million in investments.

The platform can find its applications in various domains including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive and financial services as well as in building smart cities. Early adopters of the platform include COOEY, SmartBuildings and Yuvera.
