iTunes Match Finally Launched!

Apple has #-Link-Snipped-# the iTunes Match service which is an elective subscription service through which the users can directly have access to the music via distant servers dubbed "cloud". The $25 annual subscription assure to correspond to all songs on a user's computer and keep the tunes in an online account in this cloud.

Why was iTunes Match developed? Well, customers owning various Apple devises had their music content in various formats. Through the cloud, they could access songs that they bought via iTunes, making it easy for them to download the same song on any of their other iOS devices. However, songs that were purchased elsewhere, the iTunes provided them no help to duplicate their playlist on other devices. So that's why iTunes Match was created which scans all your music and compares with the music collection in cloud, thus making it easy for you to duplicate your collection in some other device.

iTunes Match was supposed to be launched sometime in October, but due to some reasons, the launch got delayed. Apple refused to release a comment.  iTunes Match calls for the latest version of iTunes (10.5.1) and is usble now. To know more regarding this feature, do log-in to the Apple #-Link-Snipped-#.
