Is Bing Copying Google's Search Results?

By now, many of you must have read about the big post that's making waves on the Internet: Google: Bing Is Cheating, Copying Our Search Results written by Danny Sullivan.

It's interesting that Google performed various experiments to figure out whether Bing was actually cheating and copying their results. They discover that few tests indeed passed, however not all - as expected. Google has no clue why all tests they did didn't pass as expected.
