Intex Aqua 4G+ With 5-Inch HD Display And Android 5.0 Lollipop

After unveiling two low-budget smartphones- Aqua 3G Pro and 3G Strong just a couple of days ago, Intex Technologies has listed its first 4G LTE-enabled smartphone called ‘Intex Aqua 4G+’ on its official website. Priced at Rs 9,499, the new handset in black or white finish is a host of apt features and specs. It runs latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core MediaTek (MT6735V/W chipset) processor. On the memory front, Aqua 4G+ has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory (expandable up to 32 GB via microSD). The 5 inch touch screen has OGS display and is protected by sturdy Dragon Trail glass. It renders resolution of 1280 X 720 pixels and has colour depth of 16.7 M colours.

Coming to the camera section, Aqua 4G+ sports 13 MP rear camera with flash support and Samsung’s sensor. It comes with 5 MP front-facing camera for selfies. Other camera features include digital zoom, multi shot, night vision, single touch camera operation and many more. The Aqua 4G+ is powered by 2300 mAh Li-Polymer battery. The battery offers talk time of about 7-8 hours and standby time of up to 210 hours.

The connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and USB. The handset is optimized to support 2G and 3G networks. The 9.45 mm thick sleek handset is 140 mm in height and 71 mm in width. The product weighs a modest 136.5 gm. Sensors such as gravity sensor, proximity sensor, and light sensor are also provided by the company. In addition to the list, there are pre-loaded apps such as Online SW Update (FOTA), Matrabhasha, Intex Zone, Intex Play, OPERA MINI, OLX, Intex Service, Newshunt, Askme.

Intex Aqua 4G+ is likely to compete against the smartphones such as Micromax #-Link-Snipped-#, Yu Yuphoria Arrives On Amazon India For Rs. 6,999 To Compete With Xiaomi Redmi 2, Lenovo A6000 Plus Packs More Punch - Goes For Two-Day Open Sale, Xiaomi Launches Redmi 2 And MiPad in India - Flipkart Sale On March 24 that are already available in the market from the well-established players. The new 4G smartphone, Micromax Canvas Knight 2: 4G Dual SIM Smartphone With Octa Core Power from Micromax will also be available in the market at relatively high price.
