iBall Slide Snap 4G2: Voice Calling Equipped Android Tablet With 4G Connectivity At Rs. 7499

While other brands are churning out 4G connectivity enabled smartphones to get ready for the 4G revolution, iBall has delved into the tablet market with the launch of iBall Slide Snap 4G2 tablet. The iBall Slide Snap 4G2 is one of the few budget tablets in the market to feature both 4G connectivity and the ability to make voice calls. The iBall Slide Snap 4G2 has all the hallmarks of an affordable tablet such as dual-SIM slots, mediocre screen and average battery life. The iBall Slide Snap 4G2 sports a standard 7-inch HD (1024 x 600 pixels) resolution display which is pretty contrast deficient as compared to full HD screens.

Underneath the hood of the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 we find an unspecified chipset that houses a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM entrusted with the task of running Android 5.1 (Lollipop). iBall has been pretty generous when it comes to the RAM which means you can have seamless multitasking experience on the Slide Snap 4G2. The iBall Slide Snap 4G2 has an internal memory of 16GB and you can expand the storage to up to 32GB with the help of microSD cards. iBall has stuck with the industry status quo and put two cameras on the Slide Snap 4G2. On the rear we find a 5MP auto-focus camera and on the front we find a 2MP fixed focus camera. iBall has interestingly put LED flash on both the front and the rear cameras of the Slide Snap 4G2.

On the software front, the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 comes preloaded with Microsoft Office Suite, 360 Security Lite and Gameloft titles like All Star Cricket Free, Asphalt Nitro, Bubble Bash 3, Motocross: Trial Extreme, and Spider-Man: Ultimate Power. Since the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 has been marketed for the masses the company supports nine languages as system language and offers additional support of 21 other regional languages too. Inside the packaging, we find a special Y-cable that can be used to charge the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 and use an OTG device as well.

The iBall Slide Snap 4G2 offers a host of connectivity options which includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB. The Android tablet is powered by a 3500mAh battery that can last for an entire day on average use. Unlike other Indian brands which rely on online retailers to sell their products, iBall will be selling the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 in brick and mortar shops for Rs. 7499.
