This year we are targeting only the entire undergraduate section. This is big upgrade over last year, when we had only final year students competing. We had received several queries from second & third year college students if they could submit an entry. Post-graduate and undergraduate level projects competing against each other could get unfair. Therefore, the rules are set for this year. We might make the contest open for post-graduate level projects from next year. 👍
