Huawei unveils Honor Holly 3 in India for INR 12,999

Huawei has launched a new smartphone device Honor Holly 3 in India. The made-in-India smartphone sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display (1280 × 720 pixels) with 74.5 per cent screen-to-body ratio and comes with 3D texture on back cover. The dual-SIM device would be powered by a 1.2 GHz Kirin 620 octa-core processor. It would come in two variants – 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 2GB RAM / 16GB storage which are expandable up to 128 GB using a microSD card.
The 2 GB variant is priced at Rs.9,999. There is a provision of about 178 degree viewing angle for the 4G VoLTE supported device. Though coming at a substantial price tag, the smartphone still runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top. Huawei Honor Holly 3 is further supported by a 3100 mAh battery which could last up to 1.74 days on average usage, according to the company claims.

Connectivity options include 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro-USB v2.0. Sensors on the device include Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Ambient Light sensor, Compass, and G-Sensor.

The photography features on the smartphone include a 13 megapixel BSI CMOS rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, five precision lenses and image sharpness algorithms. On the front there is a 8 megapixel snapper with f/2.0 aperture and 4P lens. Other features include beauty algorithm with ten levels of adjustable settings, and a makeup mode. The audio features comprise of BOX integrated sound chamber with bottom speakers. Honor Holly 3 would retail for Rs.12,999 in India.
