Huawei Honor 4C Is The New Dual SIM Smartphone With Octa-Core Processor
Huawei seems to be on spree of launching its flagship smartphones. Even after launching its P8 flagship line-Huawei P8, P8Max and P8 Lite this month, the Chinese company intended to launch three new devices by the end of the month. Well, Huawei has officially listed dual-SIM (both micro SIM) Honor 4C smartphone and two mid-range tablets- Honor Pad and Honor Pad Note, today. Honor 4C smartphone comes with price-tag of CNY 799 (approximately Rs. 8,200). It will be available in China in black, white, blue, pink and gold colours via Tmall and Vmall online retailers.
Blessed with Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 620 octa-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, Honor 4C runs on Android 4.4.2 OS with UI EMUI 3.0. Under the hood, the 64-bit processor is coupled with ARM Mali-450 GPU. The smartphone is loaded with 2 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card). It features a 5-inch 1280 × 720 resolution display that has aspect ratio of 16: 9 and colour depth of 16 million colors. On the rear side at the top left corner of the handset, there is 13 MP primary camera with LED flash, CMOS sensor, and f/2.0 aperture. The sleek Honor 4C comes with 5 MP front-facing camera that can capture HD 720p video. Other camera features include panoramic camera, voice-activated camera, Full Focus camera, watermark pictures, phonograph pictures, continuous shooting, HDR, film, filters, and other timed modes.
Honor 4C packs 2550 mAh battery that provides talk time of up to 16 hours (3G). The 8.8 mm thick handset measures 143.3 mm in length and 71.9 mm in width. It weighs 162 grams (including battery). The connectivity options include Bluetooth BT4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, USB 2.0, GPS, EDGE, GPRS, 3G and 4G. Huawei has provided the support of sensors such as Gravity, Acceleration, Light, Proximity and Compass sensors.
