HP ENVY 14 Spectre The Stunning Ultrabook For $1399.99

We showed you a #-Link-Snipped-# of the Ultrabook from HP a week ago. Now we are back with the details of the stunning HP ENVY 14 Spectre. HP unveiled the new addition of the ENVY series at CES today.

The use of scratch proof glass on display and plamrest gives the Ultrabook stunning looks. The Ultrabook carries a midnight black glass on the outer side and silver glass on the inner portions of the device. The ENVY 14 also packs in a 14-inch display in a 13.3-inch body which is quite brilliant.

HP added a Radiance Display on the ENVY 14 which gives an experience of richer colour and better viewing angles in full High Definition. The Spectre adds in Beats Audio along with an analog volume control dial on one side adding to the design element of the Ultrabook. The HP Wireless Audio built in the Ultrabook can also stream audio wirelessly to up to four external audio units converting any given space to a concert hall.

Each individual keys in the Radiance Backlit keyboard of Spectre is illuminated by individual LEDs and the keyboard also has a proximity sensor which detects the presence of user to glow brighter and dim the backlit when a user leaves.

The Spectre has some serious specifications with the latest Intel Core Processors and 256GB of Ultrafast SSDs adding to faster boot times. The Ultrabook weighs just under four pounds and has a thickness of 20mm. It also boasts a battery life of 9 hours. The Spectre also comes with HP CoolSense technology adjusting the performance settings of the Ultrabook and HP ImagePad which facilitates multi-touch navigation on the trackpad. Some other features include USB 3.0, HP TrueVision HD webcam, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI and loads of other connectivity features. The Ultrabook also comes loaded with full versions of some softwares like Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, Adobe Premier Elements 10, etc.

The HP ENVY 14 Spectre will be available at a price tag of $1399.99 in the United States starting February 8 and will be available in other countries from early March 2012.
