How to make use of plugins for website

Please i want a manual process of using any plugins that are available for the website please note don't say usethe Wordpress or any CMS...i dont want to use these methods///////

Just a proper answer please no humble guessing or must be.......thanks

    You just need to rip off the code implementing your required functionality. This could be easy->extremely difficult depending on the plugin you're ripping.
