How to Get Full Feeds Using Google Reader?

Most of the news sites offer only a headline and a short excerpt in their RSS feeds.

Therefore, you therefore have to leave your Google Reader to read the full news story.

Any suggestions regarding how to get full feeds in the reader?

I was searching for the same.Unable to find any setting. However there are people who post some video editing and converting information daily on the forum.Moderators remove the post from the forum but in Google reader the post still remains. And those are the only posts which are shown as full feeds.
So all moderators please look at the settings they enable while posting their feed to come it in Google reader as full feed. And also remove such spammers from the forum.
