How to find Max Deflection on the beam with UDL force applied.

Hi everyone,

I have a problem on a structural. I have 2 beams connected each other. ( Pls see attachment) there is a uniform force acting down which is 14930Nm.
I need to a solution or a formula to calculate the max deflection on the beam.
is the formula dmax = (wl^4) / (30EI)
