Google May Call Integra Communications to talk about Nexus

Source: #-Link-Snipped-#

The USPTO has denied the 'Nexus One' trademark to Google [ #-Link-Snipped-#] because in 2008, a company called Integra Communications filed a trademark request for 'Nexus' to do with voice and data communications.

Google will now have to call the Integra Communications folks to say hello and let them use the 'Nexus One' trademark for just couple of thousands of dollars.

Obviously, Integra should be happy that they'll be making some good money just to take off the 'TM' thing from their 'Nexus'.
