Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2012 At IIT Kharagpur Bringing The Creators of Tomorrow Together

IIT Kharagpur's Entrepreneurship Cell is conducting #-Link-Snipped-#, a three day event in 2012 starting from 13th of the first month in the new year. The theme of the event is Innovators: The Creators of Tomorrow and rightly so because eminent personalities among the new-age entrepreneurs like Mr. Suneet Singh Tulli, CEO, Datawind, Mr. Nikhil Soman, Founder, zapak.com & bigadda.com etc. will be gracing the event with their presence.

GES 2012 will habe a "Start-up Camp" that will give an opportunity to participants to get hired as employees or interns and will also allow them to raise seed capital through the classic elevator pitches. The finals of the B-Plan competitions Concipio, Envision & #-Link-Snipped-# (that we covered earlier through VoiCE), with prize money of  upto 1.8 crores INR will also be hosted at GES.

Apart from various entrepreneurship workshops, the event will witness the coming together of a plethora of notable universities like University of Cambridge, Boston University, Ryerson University among many others. In addition to this, other attractions at the event include Business Quiz, Innovation Exhibition, Conferences, Panel discussions on Innovation and Venture capital, Inicio the case study competition and on spot events like Thank God Its Friday (TGIF), Tag 'em ol and Monopoly to keep the participants enlightened as well as occupied.
