Gizmo Board: AMD APU-Based Embedded System Launched By GizmoSphere

Here at VoiCE we are fans of #-Link-Snipped-# and its #-Link-Snipped-#. This $25 (1,345 INR) priced computer has been a favorite of enthusiasts worldwide. For all those embedded systems inventors and hobbyists who want a more powerful device to play with GizmoSphere has launched Gizmo Board which is powered by AMD Embedded G-Series Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) and has been aimed at x86-based embedded system development. This 4x4 inch development board is capable of running Android, Linux, RTOSes and Windows.

The Gizmo board includes G-T40E dual-core processor which clocks at 1.0 GHz along with AMD Radeon HD 6250 discrete-class graphics. The board has a performance capability of 52 gigaFLOPS at uses less than less than 10 watts of power. The detailed technical specs are as follows:

The board is available as a part of a development kit on the GizmoSphere website for $199 (10,706 INR).
