Denmark's getting world's largest indoor ski-park

Denmark's Skidome might just snatch away the crown of world's largest indoor ski-park from SkiDubai. A team of civil & structural engineers in association with an innovative architecture firm CEBRA is planning for a beautiful looking megastructure comprising of 3 intersecting arches offering 6 indoor and 2 outdoor slopes. The overall length of the slopes would be about 3 kilometers, occupying about 70% of the total 100000 sq.m area planned for the Skidome. The slopes will rise to a maximum of about 110 meters (~361 ft) above the river Gudenå where the structure is being planned. We've a video in Danish that explains the whole project a bit in more detail, so you might want to hit the 'captions' option in the video menu options to get English sub-titles.
