Democracy in Engineering Production

General Electric's North Carolina jet engine pfactory has shown how engines of democracy can produce great products of precision.
This massive facility is largely quiet. But very efficient. Just nine teams are at work producing some of the finest jet engines. Each team is just given one dead line when the next engine has to be shipped. The rest is up to the team to schedule. Working hours are flexible. Individual matters. Yet the output is near perfect, with complete traceability.
Unlike the partliament of India that is Bharat, democracy seems to work here.
