Delhi Auto Expo 2012: Fifty Global Launches Expected

#-Link-Snipped-# Steering Committee Chairman Rajive Kaul reported that 50 major brands will be displaying their products here and this will carve its name in the Auto Expo's history. Of the 50 releases, the spotlight would be mostly on the 24 cars presented by domestic companies, 8 cars by global companies and 8 two-wheelers by native firms. The count of daily visitors is limited to make the complete experience more comforting, explained Kaul. On a single day, Pragati maidan will boast of around 1 lakh visitors for the Expo, out of which 70,ooo will be the public. After experiencing chaos in the 2010 Auto Expo, this move may prove out to be more comfortable for the visitors. The exhibition will be dispersed over 1.15 lakh square metres having 16 permanent halls. The auto components manufacturers and original equipment manufacturers will get distinguished sections this expo.

Tickets for the Auto Show can be booked online via bookmyshow.com, with tickets for general class and business class priced at 150/- and 500/- respectively. The event would be graced by over 1500 participants from 24 countries.
