Delhi Auto Expo 2011: Check Out The Indian Supercar!

With just a few more days left for the #-Link-Snipped-#, the excitement is on an all time high. India's notable DC Design is all set for their big super-car launch at the approaching Expo. This supercar has been designed and developed in India. Brought out in limited counts, this supercar will be assembled at the company's Pune branch. It is believed that Amitabh Bachchan will be revealing this car before the audience at the Pragati Maidan.

The car, whose design closely resembles Lamborghini Murcielago, will be propelled by a turbocharged V6 petrol Honda engine, placed just behind the driver. This car is expected to give over 400PS of power. Designer Dilip Chhabria stated that if the horsepower is excused, this car will render the looks, feel, dimension, quality and everything else to the likes of Ferrari and Lamborghini.

#-Link-Snipped-# will turn over 300 units during the first year, and will later rapidly raise the production to 3000 units. After the name 'Buddh' for the supercar failed to garner positive reception, the company is still looking for a better name that will stand up to the expectations. Priced below INR 30,00000, this will make its mark in the market pretty soon. Deliveries shall begin during the later half of 2013.
