Cisco Test Paper Questions & Placement Process

What is the placement procedure for Cisco? Could someone share the details of it?

I have heard the Eligibility is -
1. 70% aggregate marks or (equivalent scores) throughout in academics.
2. No Gap in their academics.
3. No current backlogs.

And the Procedure is -

1. Written test.
2. Interview.

The following attachment is a collection of few questions asked in Cisco Test.

I have seen one Cisco off campus test paper. It contains 50 questions.

    15 - Aptitude
10 - Networking (mainly asked about the protocols and their layers)
10 - SQA Testing (asked about importance, reasons, benefits of testing)
    15 - C (Program Outputs)
