Celkon Signature One A107 And A9+ Budget Android Phone Launched In India

After the recent launch of Signature A119Q as a mid-range smartphone, Celkon is adding two budget Android phones to the Signature series, the Celkon Signature One A107 and the Celkon A9+. The A107 model will cost Rs. 6,999 while A9+ is approximately half the price at Rs. 3,299. Both smartphones run the Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with a resoultion of a resolution of 480X800 pixels. The Celkon Signature One A107 is practically a phablet with a 5-inch screen. Underneath lies a 1GHz dual-core processor and 512 MB of RAM, which is the nominal hardware you'd expect from a smartphone. The internal storage on the phone is only 512 MB which seems like a let down. But an expandable memory of 32GB more than compensates for it. The features also boast of a 8-megapixel primary camera and VGA front camera, but at its humble price, it'd be wise to not expect too much from it. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2100mAh battery also serve the smartphone experience.
