  Take a motor and attach that to a Blade Fixed rotor
  Blades can be designed for your need, as per your cutting need
  It will slice into pieces

  I'm making an agro-bot, that'll sprinkle pestcide on plants and dump the fertilizers on them autonomously, along with plucking of the vegetables only if they're ripened. Big task right!
