CE Project: CE Bot [PART FOUR]

This is the Fourth Part of CE Bot (CE R3) discussion. We have changed the design as discussed in the CE Delhi Meet (#-Link-Snipped-#)

New Design:

2 Wheeled robot with Center of Gravity at the wheel axis (in actuality, a bit lower than the axis).

Most of the sensors discussed earlier will be used here, but must be as simple as possible.
